Several streets near the State Capitol Complex will
be closed Sept. 14-16 to accommodate the thousands of
veterans, visitors, and volunteers who will be in Pierre
for the Vietnam War Memorial Dedication activities.
Streets will be opened as soon as possible as
conditions allow, such as the conclusion of the parade
and dispersion of participants. With the exception of
the streets immediately surrounding the Capitol complex,
many will be opened by Saturday evening, with the
remainder opening Sunday.
